Ronin’s Grips is a one person custom products shop specializing in reproductions of AK and Galil pistol grips plus customization of HK grips for MP5K-type clones, magazines for Rock Island Armory A2 HC pistols and a variety of specialized fasteners. Backing these up is my belief in quality and providing exceptional customer service.

News

• 3/10/25: It’s starting to warm up!! Yes, I am working on custom furniture orders!!
• 2/15/25: Winter is here with a vengeance. I’m current on all orders as of this morning – but new custom products are are going to be a challenge given the weather forecast for the next 1-2 weeks.
• 1/18/25: We are caught up on all orders including custom items. It’s really hard to predict lead times on the custom products but we are trying to keep them under four weeks or less.
• 12/1/24: Winter is here. We’re supposed to have our first Winter Storm today. Between this and the weather forecase, it means our Winter production schedule is starting earlier than I expected. The products that are affected are the ones I have to cast – the AK grips, handguards and IMI Galil grip. The others aren’t. The RIA magazines and HK grips are products I machine indoors so they just have their normal 1-2 week lead time. So, I’ll be shutting off ordering for a number of products and then turn them back on in the Spring. If you order a custom furniture product, I’ll get to it as soon as I can depending on the weather. You can cancel an order at any time before I ship it and get a full refund.

• 6/11/24: Mec-Gar 9mm Magazines for Rock Island FS HC (their 1911 high cap pistols) and Para pistols are on closeout.
• 4/2/24: We have discontinued all Polymer80 build tools due to legal liability.
• 11/6/23: We have discontinued our Remington RP9 magazines due to lack of demand. We will continue to make our full line of custom 10mm magazines. The custom 10 mm mags for the RIA A2 HC pistols is where we started and demand remains steady as they are a better magazine than the OEM Act-Mags.

Bug Fixes

• 7/9/23: I found a way to take PayPal with the website but it is manual. The store allowed me to create a manual payment method. So, what you do is go to checkout, select “Manual PayPal” during checkout and complete your order. When done, go to the PayPal website or app and send your payment to [email protected] for the order total and be sure to enter the order # in the comments so I can match them up. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after two hours.
• 7/8/23: Checking out using PayPal has proven to be far too problematic – it works for some folks and not others so I’ve shut it off. We can take all major credit cards but not PayPal. Also, fixed the duplicate menu items and “bread crumb” listings.
• 7/3/23: First Class mail package shipping wasn’t enabled – it is now. That was an oversight on my part.
