These magazine springs are made by Wolff and increase the upward force by 10% in standard P14 (.45), P16 (10mm or .40 S&W) and P18 (9mm or 38 Super) magazines. These springs will also work in the 2011-style staggered magazines used by Rock Island Armory in their A2 HC pistols chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP and 10mm pistols. These springs will also work in our magazines.
These are for standard length 16 round magazines and not extended or shortened magazines. One of the photos in the gallery shows a 16 round magazine that they go in.
Note, you may need to bend the wire slightly to go around the base of your follower. With our 3rd gen RIA magazines, this is the case but the bottom of the spring works fine with the factory base plate and butt plate.
