Terms
We accept credit cards and PayPal. We do not take checks, money orders or cash on delivery (COD) orders.
If you wish to purchase in volume, please contact us.
Lead times vary we try to post them on the first page / home page of the store or in product listings where we are making something by hand such as AK and IMI Galil pistol grips. In general, we try to mail orders 3-5 business days after receipt for in-stock items and in about 2-4 weeks for custom products.
We do NOT export any of our products.
Regulatory Compliance
The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for all products and services purchased from us.
We will attempt to verify magazine capacities based on shipping address and if you are ordering a magazine that is not allowed based on your ship-to address, a 20% processing fee will be assessed against your order and your order cancelled. Sorry – we do not like the laws and regulations but we must follow them.
Warranty and Liability
ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY PART THEREOF. OUR LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and is limited to the product portion of the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us if you want to set up a return. We will only pay for the return postage if a product is defective.
