This tool is used to remove and install O-rings.  It is made from glass fiber reinforced nylon plastic and measures just under 5.5" from tip to tip.

This type of tool is preferable for installing and removing high pressure o-rings compared to steel picks that might scratch a surface and cause air leaks or premature o-ring failure.
