These are extended 10% plus mag springs for Arredondo followers and extended base pads.  Note, you would need to bend the top end of the spring to fit any follower other than Arredondo.
These springs are manufactured for Arredondo Accessories by Wolff Precision Gunsprings.
The follower shown in one photo is to demonstrate the fitment of the top of the spring to a Arredondo competition follower. It is not included.
